Test-Drive Meme

This meme serves as a practice ground for both new and old players of Somarium to both get used to Dreamwidth tagging and to voicetest characters they may choose to play in the upcoming application cycle. Potential applicants are more than welcome to join in on the fun. It works like any open meme and the rules are simple.

1. You decide to head to the mountain. You heard that there were odd creatures lurking about and choose to investigate. Instead you bump into someone who just so happens to be in the mountain as well.

2. It's your first time creating a dream plane. So far so good. But it looks like you've got some visitors joining you as well.

3. A part of the underground tunnels collapsed and some people are trapped in the rubble. They're asking for a few good men to lend a hand. Are you up for it?

4. The Host Club is holding a big formal event and you were invited to it! Let's hope you have your +1 at your side during the event. Unless you're the wallflower type of course. Well, tough luck. People are bothering you anyway.

5. It's moving in day! Whether it be your character's or another's, there's a lot of boxes to haul into the place so better get started. Go go go!

[Guess who's already gotten himself drunk so early into the evening? Gwaine has to take advantage of the open bar early after all. However, sometime during the middle of the night he is able to tear himself away from it for a few moments and finds himself draping over someone's shoulder instead.

[Mixing in social gatherings....not really his thing. He was actually somewhere in the back, looking for a place to sit when Gwaine approaches him, trailed by the strong scent of alcohol]

How many drinks have you had?

[Do you feel that Leon? That's the weight of Gwaine leaning against you as his posture starts to falter and droop even lower than before. Somehow managing a laugh, he reaches up to grab another glass of wine from the passing waiter.]

Quite a few. I may have lost count two or three glasses ago.

[His coherency then dissipates into a fit of laughter. Poor drunk is so happy.]

[He does not appreciate being made into a human cane, Gwaine, but fine, use him as one. He, too, takes a wine glass, downing half its contents on the first gulp.]

These parties are nothing like the banquets in Camelot.

[And use you as a cane he will! You make a very fine one at that. Better if you were a little shorter but he manages somehow.]

Oh and I am thankful for that. The banquets back in the castle were a little too stuffy for my tastes.
